Cookie Policy
Which cookies and local storage data are used on the Spektio website and panel, why they are used, and how you can manage them.
Last updated: July 8, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar local storage technologies used on the Spektio website and panel. Our purpose is to run the service and improve your experience; we do not track for advertising or profiling purposes.
What are cookies and local storage?
Cookies and browser local storage (localStorage) allow the site you visit to store small pieces of data in your browser. This keeps your session active and remembers your preferences.
The data we use
- Essential (session): the authentication data that maintains your session when you log in. Without this, you cannot log in to the panel.
- Preference: settings such as the interface language you have selected are remembered between your visits.
The Spektio panel largely keeps session and language information in your browser's local storage (localStorage); this data is not sent to the server for advertising purposes.
Third parties
When you use the "Sign in with Google" feature, cookies belonging to Google may come into play during the authentication process, and Google's cookie policy applies. Spektio does not place third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings. However, if you block the session data, you may not be able to log in to the panel, or your preferences may not be remembered.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the current version is published on this page. You can contact us with your questions.
